Refunds and support
Last updated: September 3, 2026
If you bought something through a link on this site and now need help with it, this page tells you where to go. The short answer: not to us — and that is not us dodging.
Why not us
We never receive your order. We do not take the payment, we do not hold your details, we cannot see your purchase, and we have no ability to cancel one or issue a refund. Your contract is with the retailer that processed the payment. They are the only party who can act on it.
What we can do: if a product's guarantee or price is described wrongly on this site, tell us and we will correct the page. That is a real problem and we want to know about it.
Step 1 — find the retailer on your receipt
Check the confirmation email you received after paying. The company named there — not the product name, not the author's name — is the retailer. For most digital products in this category that is ClickBank, which acts as the retailer of record.
Step 2 — take it to them
- Refund, cancellation or a charge you do not recognise: the retailer's own customer service. They hold the order and the payment.
- A download that will not open, or a missing bonus: the retailer first. They can usually resend access without involving the author.
- A question about the content itself: the author or vendor, whose support address appears in your receipt and inside the product.
- A recurring charge you did not expect: the retailer, and ask specifically for the subscription to be cancelled as well as refunded. Those are two separate actions.
Step 3 — keep the receipt
Have your order number and the email address you used to buy. Almost every support conversation starts there, and having it ready turns a week into a day.
Guarantees
Where a review mentions a money-back guarantee, that guarantee is the seller's and the retailer's, never ours. Its length and its conditions are theirs to set and theirs to honour. We report what they state; we cannot enforce it.
If a product was not as described
Tell the retailer plainly, and tell us too at contact@marlowewellness.com. If a seller is describing a product one way and delivering another, that changes what we publish about them — and it has led us to drop products before.
