1. What this site is
Marlowe Homestead is an independent editorial site that reviews products sold by third parties and earns affiliate commission on qualifying purchases. It is operated by Robson Garbulha.
2. Use of the site
You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to anything here. You may not republish pages wholesale, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers, or present our text as your own.
3. No professional relationship
Reading this site does not create any advisory, engineering, contractual or professional relationship between you and us. See the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
4. Purchases are with the retailer
We do not sell anything. When you click through and buy, the contract is between you and the retailer that processes the payment. Their terms, their guarantee and their refund policy govern that purchase. We are not a party to it and cannot cancel, refund or fulfil an order. See refunds and support.
5. Accuracy and changes
We take care with what we publish, and we still get things wrong sometimes. Prices, bonuses and product contents change without notice. A review is accurate as of its date. We correct errors when we learn of them and say that we did.
6. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of content published here, from products bought through links here, or from work you carry out yourself. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual property
The text and layout of this site belong to its operator. Product names, logos and trademarks referred to in reviews belong to their respective owners, and are used for identification and commentary.
